After our site visit we are able to provide you with a detailed house addition design quote.
If quote is approved, we return to measure existing house to start the house design process.
Due to the travel required, we only provide our addition & renovation design service for residents of Haldimand-Norfolk, Niagara, Hamilton, Brant, Burlington-Oakville & surrounding areas.
Included in our addition designs:
- Fixed design fees between $1,000 min – $6,000 max. Exact fee is determined after site visit and/or discussion with client and is solely based on size, structure and complexity of addition design.
- 2 in-office meetings including the initial on-site consultation. We can sit down together and discuss the design and make any necessary revisions on our cad right before your ideas. (Additional meetings are an extra charge)
- Unlimited design revisions throughout the design process
- 5 copies of the final detailed CAD designs (See “What’s In Our House Plans“)
- All plans are completed in compliance with the Ontario Building code, stamped for building permit with our BCIN
- Digital PDF copy of final addition house plans
