We can design any type of detached garage, shop plans, pole barn plans, boathouse plans, storage building plans to meet your needs.

Price varies based on size, style, dormers, if the second floor is to be designed as heated living space, construction methods. Call to discuss.
While floating slabs are typically cost effective compared to frost foundation, detached garages sitting on a floating slab larger then 592 sq.ft and/or slabs that are supporting 2 levels (e.g loft above) require additional engineering to meet code.
We can provide this slab engineering at an additional cost ($400-$600 depending on slab size)
- Min. $1,500 + HST for most standard pole structure designs
Price varies as some pole structures will require additional structural engineering (based on overall size, pole heights, amount of openings, property zoning, etc.)
We can provide this engineering if required. ($500-$750 depending on size and amount of engineered inspections needed) Call us for exact quote.
Included with all our garage & pole barn design:
- Unlimited revisions to the garage during design phase
- Provide additional optional design concepts, layouts and ideas to help you with your design.
- 4 copies of the final detailed plans (See “What’s In Our House Plans“). Final plans can either be picked up at our office or shipped for minimal fee.
- All plans are completed in compliance with the Ontario Building code, stamped for building permit with our BCIN. Good for anywhere in Ontario.
- PDF copy of final garage or pole barn plans
